Project Base:

Projects range from 10-12 Townhouse complexes thru to apartment complexes ranging from 20 – 120 apartments.

Childcare centres, multi-use complexes.

Currently under construction 40 mil

Job requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years in the construction industry in a similar type of role is preferred.

Arrange for quotations to be sent for individual trades.

Define scope of works.

Input all data in DataBuild software, po’s Invoices etc.

Cost to complete reporting.

Basic estimating takes offs.

RFI’s, Meeting minutes recording, PCG reporting.
