Site Manager

Project Base:

Projects range from 10-12 Townhouse complexes thru to apartment complexes ranging from 20 – 120 apartments.

Childcare centres, multi-use complexes.

Currently under construction 40 mil

Job requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience required on site.

Responsible for the delivering of apartment type projects.

All aspects of Site Management including:

OHS Responsibilities.

Programming and Programme reporting.

Management off all on site trades.

Staging of works.

RFI’s. Shop drawing review, materials ordering.

Defect’s inspections and rectifications.

Site Management.
